Stiches have come out!
Stiches came out today... Still very red, the scar will continue to fade. The stents should continue to improve the nostril shape. The wound runs up to his nose and horizontal under his left nostril. The redness under his nose is just irritation from the dressing.

Lachies smile is on it's way back!
Hey Jane and Tim - great site - the kids have a much better understanding of what is happening to Lachie (us too!) and love to see how happy he is.
